1. Event Philosophy

This virtual ultramarathon is built on trust, pride, and the pursuit of personal excellence. The event promotes positive habits, a healthy lifestyle, and a commitment to self-improvement. A portion of each registration fee supports charities dedicated to helping underprivileged children, ensuring that every step makes a positive impact. Regular updates will be shared about these charitable efforts.

2. Registration

• Electronic Race Bib: Your official bib for the virtual ultramarathon.

• Excel Monitoring Sheet: Use this sheet to track and log your progress throughout the event.

3. Community Updates

4. Gun Start
Your journey begins as soon as you receive your confirmation email with your race bib and Excel monitoring sheet. This marks your official gun start! Any activity that covers distance—including walking, running, jogging, indoor exercises (like treadmill), or participation in fun runs—counts towards your goal. Be sure to log each session in your Excel sheet and update it daily to track your progress effectively.

Reminder:
Though pictures of your runs are not required as the challenge is based on honesty, we highly encourage you to keep photos for yourself. If additional awards and sponsor prizes are finalized, all finishers may be required to submit photos for verification purposes to ensure fairness.

5. Completing the Challenge
Once you’ve completed the required kilometers for your chosen category:

• Submit your completed Excel monitoring sheet along with photos of your running/jogging route to [lakbayultramarathon@gmail.com].

• Our team will review and confirm your accomplishment.

6. Finisher’s Entitlement Delivery

After verification, your finisher’s entitlement package will be shipped directly to your doorstep within 14–21 days, with free shipping included!
